If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund, exchange, or credit within 10 days of receipt. Any merchandise that was seized, altered, engraved, damaged or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be returned. Items are expected to be returned unworn and undamaged.
All returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Shipping is non-refundable. A refund on shipping will only be applied if there was discrepancy or error during the checkout process through ayloj.com.
Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.
Please note that special orders and commissions are not returnable. Return shipping and full insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Ayleen López Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damages during shipment. Repairs: unless the piece is deemed faulty, all repairs or refinishing is done for a fee.
